Guest Speaker: Brian Forth

Our guest speaker this week was Brian Forth. Brian Forth is the CEO and Co-Founder of SiteCrafting. SiteCrafting is a web-based company that started in Tacoma. When he started his company, there was less companies that provided web services and it was a business that was evolving. They provide application based on the product that you are selling to help attract different types of customers.

One interesting that I like about him is his passion to help people and business of the area. In his 20+ years as an entrepreneur, one thing that really stuck with him is the ability to talk to people, and that really helped him launched his company, and he never had marketing teams. He used his relationship with the people to launch his product and that is one factor that many entrepreneurs that provided to us their meeting. Network is the best way to acquire great customer relationship.

Another interesting about Brian is he provides an environment that make employees feel free talk to anyone that they want by not separating them by titles. Having a work place where the employees have more freedom could lead to a better dynamic for the company, and push employees to provide different ideas that will help the company grow. As an entrepreneur, he focusses on providing the best product to his clients. Satisfying your customers need will help you attract more.

In all what I learn from him is that every person has something to provide and having different relations with different people could help you how people handle different situations.
